  • Achieve sales/revenue targets
  • Manage FTTH accounts from pre sales right through to post-sales
  • Manage the Juinor Sales Consultants activity and support them to reach target
  • Strategize and plan FTTH Area Activations
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions to optimize
  • Work with Marketing Team to plan activation material
  • Cold canvassing to onboard new clients
  • Actively marketing FTTH through social media and below the line advertising techniques.
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Gaining, maintaining familiarity with and keeping up with changes in the Industry
  • Ensure accurate formulation and coordination of proposals.
  • Provide liaison between client and operational team to ensure successful implementation of solutions sold and to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage client relationships by doing follow up calls
  • Effective coordination and escalation of matters to relevant business units.
  • Provide regular and ongoing communication to your manager on relevant issues.
  • Maintain accurate Pipedrive system and analytics/reporting
  • Realistically we need someone who is not afraid of hard work, and who loves a fast-paced environment where change is the only constant.
  • This will be an outbound sales role with a heavy focus on building relationships, area acquisition and generating leads for our sales team.
