We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our Helpdesk team, you’ll be the voice of RSAWEB.
You will join a dynamic team of problem solvers whose main goal is to interact with customers through phone calls and emails to resolve their technical issues and provide world-class customer service.

• Grade 12/Standard 10
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable on the phone and previously direct customer support
• Networking, TCP IP including:
• Understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP Protocols.
• Understanding of DNS (able to setup and manage DNS servers).
• Email client support (mac and PC)
• Experience in using Remote desk, previous support experience preferable.
• Connectivity Support Knowledge (3G, ADSL)
• Shift work required
• 2+ years’ experience working for an ISP in a helpdesk role advantageous.
• Linux knowledge preferable
