• An expert in IT- Using previous business development and solution selling experience to grow RSAWEB’s customer base

• A Born-Hunter- able to move legacy customer computing environments into their own unique virtual data centres at RSAWEB
• An Entrepreneur- Treats RSAWEB as their own business and has the ability to create meaningful proposals customised to each customer requirement.
• A Sales Machine- The ability to aggressively manage the sales cycle to ensure customers are on boarded quickly and efficiently.
• Effective co-ordination and escalation of matters to relevant business managers.
• Analytics Guru- Maintain accurate sales forecast and weekly activity reports.

Realistically we need someone with Internet hosting / virtualization / cloud technology and Network connectivity services experience (Really helps when being asked questions on the product or service to have the knowledge). As this is a business to Business negotiation- we also need someone who has a successful track record in a business to business environment selling solutions.

Most important, this person will be responsible for uncovering and create new business opportunities through independent prospecting. Must know how to negotiate and close deals under pressure and influence at all levels. Must be able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results.
