Key Performance Area’s
• Establish a high-performance Sales Team with a focus on accomplishing objectives by orienting, training and mentoring; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and reviewing job contributions; developing and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieve sales objectives by making recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends and implementing change.
• Establish sales targets by creating a sales plan and quota in support of national objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by leading and coaching sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Surveying customer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Updates job knowledge by making use of various channels and developing personal networks.

Job Competencies:
• Experience with ISP products including cloud, mobile and corportate connectivity services
• Must be able to show a proven track record in a solution sales environment
• Must know how to negotiate and close deals under pressure
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ownership – able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results.
• Able to cultivate trust and credibility with team and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of RSAWEB.
• Cloud computing and understanding of virtualization platforms are an advantage
• Degree level or relevant experience preferential
