We are growing strongly into both the Consumer and Enterprise sector based on our unique strengths and strong infrastructure investments. We are seeking now to employ an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive our growth across a range of sectors in Gauteng and to manage the team of sales managers and support staff in our Johannesburg offices. This role is a senior management position with the company and the role holder will be a key part of the strategic and tactical future of RSAWEB

Specifically, the role would include but not be limited to the following responsibilities :

Leadership of the JHB Enterprise Sales Team
Jointly developing with RSAWEB Leadership, the regional strategic development plans, sales team objectives and operational activities
Delivering the JHB Region Sales and Business Development objectives
Growing and maintaining key customer relationships
Forecasting and managing future pipeline potential and income expectations
Surveying customer needs and trends, tracking competitors and implementing customer service standards

Required experience

· IT and or ISP senior management experience of at least 5-8 years duration

· Deep knowledge and experience of Cloud, Connectivity and ISP related technologies

· Proven ability to turn market understanding into strategic, tactical and operational plans

· Strong track record of business performance delivery and performance management

· Strong staff and team dynamics management with sales team and sales pipeline management as a key area of experience and competency

· Relationship management skills with strong bias towards networking and lead generation

· A core competency of creating professional proposals matched with strong presentation and negotiation and closing skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Degree level or relevant experience preferred
